Your Guide to Accessing the Detroit Links Member Portal
Dear Detroit Links Member,
As a valued member of our community, we want to ensure that your experience with the Detroit Links recently refreshed member portal is seamless and hassle-free. This information below serves as your guide to logging in and resetting your password, should the need arise.
Logging In to the Member Portal:
1. Navigate to the Portal: Start by opening your preferred web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) and enter the following URL in the address bar: https://detroitlinks.org/member-login/.
2. **Enter Your Credentials:** On the login page, you’ll find two fields:
- Username/Email: Enter the username or email address associated with your Detroit Links account.
- Password: Enter your unique password. Pay close attention to capitalization and any special characters.
- Remember Me: If you’re using a private and secure device, you can select the “Remember Me” option for quicker access in the future. However, we advise against using this option on shared or public devices for security reasons.
3. Click Log In: Once your credentials are entered correctly, click the “Log In” button to access your member dashboard and explore the members-only resources available.
Resetting Your Password:
1. Access the Reset Page: If you’re facing challenges logging in due to a forgotten password, don’t worry. On the same member login page (https://detroitlinks.org/member-login/), look for the “Forgot Password?” link located beneath the password field.
2. Provide Your Email: Clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link will direct you to a password reset page. Here, enter the email address associated with your Detroit Links account and click “Submit.”
3. Check Your Inbox: Shortly after submitting your email, check your inbox for an email from us. This email will contain a link to reset your password securely.
4. Reset Your Password: Click on the provided link, and you’ll be taken to a page where you can enter your new password. Ensure your new password is secure and unique.
5. Login with New Password: Once your password is reset, return to the member login page, (https://detroitlinks.org/member-login/), and use your new credentials to log in.
